I totally agree, you should always make sure that your personal trainer has the right qualification and always keeping up to date with what is happening with the latest research in the health and fitness industry. Otherwise they aren't making any progress and probably forget a lot of the in depth information of the hormonal system, nervous system and the musculoskeletal system.
