Holistic Personal Training Liverpool

Holistically educated trainers can offer the highest service of personal training in Liverpool, elite fitness consultants are not only practicing holistic training but are teaching and mentoring some of the best up and coming personal trainers the northwest has to offer.

Holistic training is the art of looking at the bigger picture and using all of the facts to make huge impacts in a person’s life. By looking into areas such as stress, hormonal effects, sleep cycles, eating habits and much more we are allowed to see the bigger picture of a person’s life, we see what is working and what is causing unwanted psychological and physiological effects. By taking this information we coach the client on how to make little but significant changes in each area allowing them to achieve life altering results such as
1.       Sleeping better
2.       Being able to deal with mentally and physically challenging situations
3.       Looking and feeling amazing
4.       Surviving a day without a cup of coffee
5.       Losing the unwanted weight
6.       Gaining muscle and definition that eludes the egger sun bather
7.        Improving hormonal function
8.       Improving financial and social life styles
9.       Eating a healthy breakfast to kick start your day the right way (to find out more click here) http://www.elitefitnessconsultants.co.uk//news-articles/caffeinewhatyoushouldknow/iscerealhealthy.phuse
10.   Achieving the best figure of your life and being able to maintain it
To achieve all of these goals, you merely need to give up four hours a week, which to the average gym user will be less than the time you normally spend exercising. This demonstrates how powerful the holistic approach can be; by eating the correct foods and training the body at the right times and in the right way, you can see and feel results within 1 month of the program.  And within 3-6 months you will be well on the way to either reaching your goals or on a path where you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

So for those who have done the diets, seen the specialists and been turned away by the doctors why will we be any different? The answer is we are highly trained and listen to what you have to say; only by listening can we develop a plan that will work with you and for you. With a program tailor made for each individual we can address all manner of issues such as eating disorders, hard to shift weight, stress, health issues and rehabilitation. Sometimes the answer isn’t always just hop on a treadmill and away you go, there needs to be planning and understanding and first mostly you need to be happy and understand why we are asking you to undertake a particular program.
So for anyone who likes the idea of changing their life by just dedicating four hours a week then look no further. Benefits to personal training

Personal training has been around since the mid 70s with the likes of the classic body builders leading the way, having their desirable bodies and out going personalities, they were the obvious authority when it came to looking good. So actors, pop stars and public icons all went searching for a trainer to show them the secrets to having those wash board abs and toned bums.

Personal training has come along way from the days of trainers not being able to pass a mirror without blowing a kiss to them selves, with governed courses now certifying trainers you can be assured you have a qualified trainer who can help you achieve your goals and reach your desires.

How many of you have gym memberships but only attended a hand full of times a week, a month or even a year? This is how personal training works for people, with someone encouraging and motivating you to keep training it quickly becomes easy to stack up the hours in the gym. The trainer will use a variety of exercises and routines to change each session not only to keep the training fresh but also to stop your body adapting to your routine, which we all know is a common cause of a plateau meaning you never reach  your goal of slimming, toning or getting that extra notch up on the scales!

So with the trainer enabling you to achieve your goals you will find other areas of your life falling into place. Here are some of the changes personal trainers will bring to your new found life style.
  • Increased motivation in work and in your day to day living
  • Feeling more confident and outgoing
  • Skin looking and feeling great
  • Pounds melting off your body to reveal a toned and well shaped figure
  • Shaping the wash board abs for the summer
  • Busting the unwanted bingo wings  and the unflattering muffin tops
  • Higher mental capacity to deal with stress and process information
  • Reducing and learning how to deal with stress
  • Waking up feeling ready to take on the day with out 4 cups of coffee
  • Increased libido and energy
  • Improvements in your sleep cycles and moods
  • Keeping of the junk and booze freeing more time and money to get out and enjoy life

MEASURABLE TARGETS is something every goal should include; if not how would you know where you have come from and where you are going? Personal trainers are masters of tracking and achieving progress by keeping and setting targets for the individual. You won’t find them using some generic weight loss diet or some routine that worked for Mr Universe. They assess your abilities, fat percentage, eating habits, currant weight and more to establish what is needed for you.The personal trainer will guide you every step of the way and give you small gradual steps of progression in order to you
achieving your ultimate goal.

How to lose weight

How to lose weight

Ok, this is a huge topic to discuss and goes way beyond the length of this blog....or does it?! There are so many different methods people use for losing weight and so called experts either misleading the public or they don't know the full truth them selves.

Ever wondered why if you diet you tend to put the weight straight back on when you have finished the diet? Or have you ever done the same exercise routine as a friend and not got the same results? Or have you ever done a combination of diet and exercise and still not got the results?

If you have experienced the above then keep reading. The truth is that we are all different and not one single thing works for everyone. In addition to this is a number of different methods that need to be looked at for each and every individual. Firstly the amount of fat you burn depends on your metabolism (fast or slow). Your metabolic type (the rate at which food is absorbed and utilised) is also a huge factor. Your lifestyle (active and healthy or sedentary an unhealthy). The condition of your Liver (which metabolises) fat will not do this if it is dysfunctional due to levels of alcohol consumed and a poor diet. Your hormonal balance. Hormones are the key to losing fat.

So as you can see there are many areas that affect people that are trying to lose weight. This information will probably confused and unsure which way to turn but fear not as I can help you!

Solution - The Holistic approach.
1. By eating good quality foods from http://www.ableandcole.co.uk/  3-4 meals per day
2. Exercise 3 times a week or get in touch with a great trainer http://www.elitefitnessconsultants.co.uk/
3. Reduce your stress and learn to relax through meditation or tai chi
4. Go to bed at 10pm every night and get up at 6pm every day (including weekends)
5. Enjoy your life, take up active hobbies and spend more time with your family and friends.

By following these basic steps over the next 3 months without deviation you will be amazed by the results you will achieve. This is not the perfect answer if you have a liver dysfunction and you will need to see a highly qualified personal trainer should this be the case. However, no matter what your circumstances are these steps will go a long way and will get you better results than any diet or magic exercise or any other quick fix out there.

Look at the bigger picture of life, take up a whole healthy and enjoyable lifestyle and reap all the benefits of feeling good and looking great.

Take a look above at our client who has applied this over the last 6 months and see the difference.

Is your personal trainer qualified?

Personal training is a fantastic option for those people who really struggle to achieve their health and fitness goals. Unfortunately there are a number of personal trainers out there that have very few qualifications and are charging people for a poor service.
Diet and exercise alone is not nearly enough to help people achieve their goals. Firstly, many trainers do not have enough knowledge or qualifications on nutrition and rely heavily on the Internet and magazines. This is not what you the public should be paying for.

With the constant challenges in western society with regards to health, personal trainers need to keep up to date with new research and should always be developing their skills through CPD courses. A sound knowledge of the hormonal system, nervous system and the musculoskeletal system should be the minimum standard of where personal trainers should be.

This blog is to help the people of Liverpool select a good personal trainer to help them achieve without going through the disappointment of failure and wasting money. You should be vigilant and question trainers before deciding to use their services, ask their qualifications, knowledge and experience.

Trainers that continously work on improving their education are more than worth the money as you will certainly achieve the body shape you want. And this shows the trainers care about offering more to you the client.

The reason why this is important is because this is your life they are playing with. So you need to ensure they are not going to put you in hospital through doing military type exercises. Although these exercises are fun and demanding they also place a great strain on the body and provide physiotherapists and chiropractors with a constant flow of injured patients.

Adverse reactions to ridiculous diets and supplements are another common found problem clients have through trainers that do not have any qualifications or experiences with nutrition and supplements. So please question the trainer on what the possible outcomes maybe if you follow a given diet plan. If they do not know what the possible reactions could be then it might be a good idea not to follow it!
